Escherichia coli K-12 substr. MG1655 Growth Medium: LB enriched

This is the LB (lysogeny broth) medium, a nutritionally rich medium typically used for bacterial growth, enriched with an assortment of vitamins and mineral salts.

This medium has been used by Gerdes et al [Gerdes03] to evaluate gene essentiality in E. coli MG1655.
